I've used both and SGP is pretty good. I'd say similar quality to Patanjali, maybe a bit pricier but I found their joint relief stuff worked better for me personally.

For joint pain, I actually prefer SGP over Himalaya. I felt like the effects were more noticeable. Both are reputable though, so you probably won't go wrong either way.

I've been taking the Medhohar Gugullu for a couple of months and I definitely feel lighter. Not like a miracle pill but it helps with digestion and cravings for me.
